What is the service fee?
  • Our customer service takes care of all aspects of a booking. Whether advice, queries, change requests or even complaints - the customer service is always available by phone and e-mail and regulates the entire booking process from the request to the provider to the dispatch of travel documents.
  • In the case of payment processing through us, we take care of the payment to the provider and provide various free payment methods available.
  • All providers in our offer are checked - whether they are private landlords, agencies or tour operators. Fake offers or dubious landlords are thus excluded from the outset.
  • Customer reviews of accommodations are manually checked by us for plausibility and authenticity and only then reproduced unadulterated.
  • The booking platform developed by us is specifically tailored to the mediation of vacation homes and apartments and is continuously developed with regard to an optimal user experience.
The service fee is already included in the total price displayed in each case and is due upon completion of a booking. The payment of the service fee is made automatically with the payment of the rental or travel price via the respective selected payment method. The service fee does not apply to bookings where not we, but the provider takes over the booking and payment processing.

  1. The Quick Search offers the opportunity to search for properties in a particular region or a town. If you enter your desired travel period, you will see properties, that are available in this travel period.
  2. With the Object Search you have the possibility to search for the object number of a property. You can find the object number in the property description. With this number it is easier to recover your desired property.
  3. You are looking for an accommodation with washing machine and/or you are only interested in objects with WLAN? You can find holiday homes of this kind by entering your wishes under Options.
  4. Last but not least, one of our recommendations will help you find your dream home for your next holiday quickly.
  5. If the proposed domiciles do not meet your expectations or you have further special wishes, please contact us by telephone, e-mail or the contact form so that we can help you with your search.
